Send voicemail to email on a UCM

Email users each new voicemail.

Admin access to the UCM web portal, and mail server details	Voicemail notifications

1. Set up email

Go to System Settings → Email Settings, enter your mail server details and send a test.

2. Turn it on

Edit the extensionGo to Extension/Trunk → Extensions and edit it.
VoicemailTurn on sending voicemail to email and check the address.
SaveClick Save, then Apply Changes at the top of the page.

3. Test it

Leave a test message.

Troubleshooting
