Create a ring group on a UCM
Ring several extensions from one number.

1. Create it
- Add a ring groupGo to Call Features → Ring Group and click Add.
- Name and numberEnter a name and extension.
- Members and strategyAdd members and choose Ring Simultaneously or Ring in Order.
- No answerSet where unanswered calls go.
- SaveClick Save, then Apply Changes at the top of the page.
Troubleshooting
