1. Prepare

Back up the UCM and plan a quiet time.

2. Upgrade

  1. Open upgradeGo to Maintenance → Upgrade.
  2. Upload or downloadUpload the firmware file, or upgrade from Grandstream's server.
  3. WaitWait for the UCM to restart, then check the new version and make test calls.
