Pick up a colleague's ringing phone on a UCM

Answer a call ringing at another desk.

Use the pickup feature code.

Steps

  1. When a phone in your pickup group rings, dial *8.
  2. To pick up a specific extension, dial ** followed by their extension.
Tip: These are the defaults. Your administrator may have changed them.
