Create a paging group on a UCM

Announce to a group of phones at once.

Admin access to the UCM web portal, and phones with auto-answer	The phones in the group

1. Create it

Add a groupGo to Call Features → Paging/Intercom and click Add.
TypeChoose 2-way Intercom or Multicast/Paging, with a number and name.
MembersAdd the extensions.
SaveClick Save, then Apply Changes at the top of the page.

2. Test it

Dial the number.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Likely cause and fix
Phones ring instead	Turn on auto-answer for paging on those phones.
