Record your voicemail greeting on a UCM

Change what callers hear when you can't answer.

Record it from your own phone.

Steps

  1. Dial *97 and enter your voicemail PIN.
  2. Choose mailbox options from the menu.
  3. Pick your unavailable or busy greeting and follow the prompts to record it.
  4. Listen back and save.
Tip: *97 is the default code. Check Call Features → Feature Codes if it doesn't work.
