Change calling settings for users
Control forwarding, voicemail and more with calling policies.

1. Edit a policy
- Open calling policiesIn the Teams admin center, go to Voice → Calling policies.
- Choose a policyEdit the Global policy to change everyone, or click Add to make a new one.
- Change settingsTurn features on or off, such as call forwarding, voicemail, simultaneous ring and call park.
- SaveClick Save.
2. Assign it
Open a user's page and assign the new policy, or use group policy assignment for many users.
