Sign in to a Teams certified desk phone
Connect a Teams phone from Yealink, Poly or others to a Microsoft 365 account.

1. Start the phone
- Connect itPlug the phone into the network and power. Wait for the Teams sign-in screen.
- Choose another deviceChoose Sign in from another device. The phone shows a short code.
2. Sign in
- Open the device login pageOn a computer or mobile, go to microsoft.com/devicelogin.
- Enter the codeType the code shown on the phone.
- Sign inSign in with the user's Microsoft 365 account and approve any prompts.
- WaitThe phone finishes signing in and shows the user's calls and calendar.
Troubleshooting

| The code expires | Codes only last a few minutes. Refresh the phone to get a new one. |
