Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Callers hear nothing or an error | The resource account has no licence or no phone number assigned. |
| A menu option goes nowhere | The destination user isn't enabled for Teams Phone, or the target queue has no resource account. |
| After hours greeting plays during the day | Check the business hours and the time zone. |
Changes can take a little while to reach callers. If something doesn't work straight away, wait 15 minutes and test again.
