1. Find the phone

  1. Open Teams devicesIn the Teams admin center, go to Teams devices → Phones.
  2. SearchFind the phone by user or device name.

2. Manage it

  1. Check healthCheck its status, firmware and Teams app version.
  2. UpdateUse Update to install new software.
  3. RestartUse Restart if it's misbehaving.
  4. Configuration profilesUse configuration profiles to set things like screen lock for many phones at once.
