Turn on call park in Teams
Let users park calls and pick them up from another device.

1. Turn it on
- Open call park policiesGo to Voice → Call park policies.
- Edit or addEdit the Global policy, or add a new one.
- Allow call parkTurn on Allow call park and save.
2. Assign it
If you made a new policy, assign it to the users who need it.
