Make and take calls on the Teams mobile app

Use your work number from your phone.

Microsoft Teams device

The Teams app on your mobile can use the same number as your desk.

Steps

  1. Install Microsoft Teams from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your work account.
  2. Allow notifications and microphone access so calls can ring.
  3. Tap Calls, then the dial pad, to make a call.
  4. To move a call from your computer to your phone, tap the banner in the mobile app to join the call.
Tip: If you can't see a dial pad, your account may not have a phone number yet.
