Teams calls not going to voicemail
Make sure missed calls reach voicemail.

1. Check your settings
- Open call settingsIn Teams, go to Settings → Calls.
- Unanswered callsMake sure unanswered calls go to Voicemail.
- ForwardingCheck forwarding isn't sending calls elsewhere first.
2. Ask your admin
If it still fails, ask your administrator to check voicemail is allowed in your calling policy.
