Teams desk phone not ringing
Calls ring on the computer but not on the desk phone.

1. Check the basics
- Same accountMake sure the phone is signed in to the same account as your computer.
- Do Not DisturbMake sure DND isn't on in the app or on the phone.
- ForwardingIn Teams, go to Settings → Calls and check calls aren't forwarded elsewhere.
2. Refresh the phone
Restart the phone and check for a software update. If it still won't ring, ask your admin to check it in the Teams admin center.
