Add emergency addresses
Make sure emergency services can find callers.

1. Add the address
- Open emergency addressesGo to Locations → Emergency addresses and click Add.
- Enter itEnter the full street address and check it matches the map.
- Add placesAdd floors or buildings as places if needed.
2. Use it
- Assign to numbersAssign the address to the phone numbers used at that site.
- Tell usersAsk people working from home to update their location in Teams.

Test emergency calling with your provider's test number, never by calling the real emergency number.
