Set up a shared phone
Put a Teams phone in a lobby, kitchen or warehouse.

1. Prepare the account
- Create a userCreate a user for the phone, for example Reception phone.
- Licence itAssign a Teams Shared Devices licence.

2. Sign in the phone
- Use the device codeOn the phone, choose to sign in from another device and enter the code at microsoft.com/devicelogin.
- Sign in as the shared accountUse the phone's account, not a person's.
- Check itThe phone shows a simple calling screen anyone can use.
