Block a caller in Teams

Stop a nuisance number calling you.

Blocked callers can't reach you in Teams.

Steps

  1. Open Calls and find the number in your history.
  2. Select the … (More) option next to it and choose Block.
  3. To manage the list, go to Settings → Calls → Blocked numbers.
Tip: Blocking only affects your own calls, not the whole company.
