Fanvil BLF keys not lighting

Busy lamp keys don't show colleagues' status.

Check the key settings, then the phone system.

Steps

  1. In the web page, check the key under Function Key is set to BLF with the right extension and line.
  2. Check your phone system allows BLF for your extension.
  3. Restart the phone and test again.
