Park a call in 3CX

Put a call somewhere anyone in the office can pick it up.

Parking is handy when the person the caller wants is at another desk.

Steps

During the call, choose Park in the app or web client.
Tell your colleague which park slot the call is in.
Your colleague picks up the parked call from the parking area in their app, or by dialling the park code your administrator gives them.
