Check your voicemail

Listen to messages from your phone or the app.

You can dial in from your desk phone or play messages in the 3CX app.

Steps

From your desk phone, dial 999.
Enter your voicemail PIN when asked.
Follow the voice prompts to play, save or delete messages.
In the 3CX app or web client, open the Voicemail section and click a message to play it.
