Use 3CX on your computer

Make and take calls from your web browser.

3CX device

The 3CX web client works in Chrome or Edge, so there's nothing to install.

Steps

  1. Open the web client link from your welcome email.
  2. Log in with the extension number and password from the email.
  3. Allow microphone and notification access when your browser asks.
  4. Click the dial pad to make a call, or answer incoming calls from the pop-up.
  5. Use a headset for the best sound.
