Transfer a call in the 3CX app

Pass a caller on, with or without announcing them.

The app offers a blind transfer and an attended transfer.

Steps

During the call, tap Transfer for a blind transfer, or Att.Transfer to speak first.
Pick the colleague or dial their extension.
For an attended transfer, announce the caller, then tap to complete the transfer.
