Set up the 3CX app on your mobile

Make and take work calls on your mobile using your welcome email.

3CX device

Your administrator sends you a welcome email when your extension is created. You need it for this.

Steps

Install the 3CX app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open your 3CX welcome email on a computer.
Open the app and choose to scan a QR code, then scan the code in the email.

Allow the app to use your microphone and send notifications, so calls can ring through.
Make a test call to a colleague's extension.

Tip: Can't find the welcome email? Ask your administrator to send it again.
