Create a ring group
Ring several extensions at once for one number.

1. Create it
- Add a ring groupGo to Call Features → Ring Group and click Add.
- Number and nameEnter a number and name.
- StrategyChoose Ring All or Ring Sequentially.
- MembersAdd the members.
- No answerSet where unanswered calls go, such as voicemail.
- SaveClick Save, then Apply if asked.
Troubleshooting
