Pick up a colleague's ringing phone on Yeastar

Answer a call that's ringing somewhere else.

Use a feature code from your own phone.

Steps

  1. When a colleague's phone rings, dial *4 to pick up a call in your pickup group.
  2. To pick up a specific extension, dial *04 followed by their extension number.
Tip: These are the default codes. Your administrator may have changed them under Feature Codes.
