Set up call pickup groups
Let colleagues answer each other's ringing phones.

1. Create a group
- Open pickup settingsOpen the call pickup settings under Call Features.
- Add a groupCreate a pickup group and add the extensions.
- SaveClick Save, then Apply if asked.
2. Tell the team
Share the pickup feature code (by default *4) with the team.
