Set business hours and holidays
Send after-hours calls to voicemail or a message.

1. Set the hours
- Open business hoursGo to System → Business Hours and Holidays.
- Each daySet your opening hours for each day.
- HolidaysAdd public holidays on the Holidays tab.
2. Use them
Open your inbound route and set destinations for outside business hours and holidays. Save, then test.
