Factory reset a Yealink phone

Wipe settings when a phone was used on another system or the login is lost.

A reset removes all accounts and settings. Have your SIP details or provisioning link ready first.

Steps

  1. With the phone idle, press and hold OK for about 10 seconds.
  2. When asked “Reset to factory?”, select OK.
  3. Wait for the phone to restart.Don't unplug it.
  4. Log back in with admin / admin and set a new password.
Tip: If the phone is locked to a provider, the old settings may come back. Ask the provider to release it.
