Update firmware on a T7x or T8x phone

Keep T7 and T8 phones up to date.

New series often get frequent updates, so check for firmware regularly.

Steps

  1. Download the firmware for your exact model from Yealink's support site, or check whether your phone system can update it for you.
  2. Log in to the phone's web page.
  3. Go to Settings → Upgrade.
  4. Choose the firmware file and click Upgrade.Don't unplug the phone during the update.
