Change the admin password

Secure the phone's web page.

Leaving admin / admin in place lets anyone on your network change the phone.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page.
  2. Go to Security → Password.
  3. Select the admin user.
  4. Enter the old password and a new strong password twice.
  5. Click Confirm and store the password somewhere safe.
