Check a Grandstream ATA's line status

See whether each phone port is registered.

The status page shows each port at a glance.

Steps

  1. Log in to the ATA's web page.
  2. Go to Status → Port Status.
  3. Check each port shows Registered.
  4. If a port isn't registered, see “Grandstream ATA won't register”.
