Factory reset a Grandstream ATA

Wipe an HT series ATA back to defaults.

Grandstream device

A reset removes all settings.

Steps

  1. Unplug the network cable.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button for about 7 seconds, then let go.
  3. Wait for the ATA to restart.
  4. Alternatively, use Maintenance → Restore Factory in the web page.
