Set a static IP address on a Grandstream phone

Give the phone a fixed address on your network.

Only do this if your network needs it.

Steps

  1. In the phone's web page, go to Network Settings → Ethernet Settings (or Basic Settings).
  2. Set the IPv4 address type to Static IP.
  3. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS servers.
  4. Save and apply, then restart the phone if asked.
Tip: Write down the new address first.
