Factory reset a Grandstream phone

Wipe all settings and start again.

A reset removes all accounts and settings.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page.
  2. Go to Maintenance → Upgrade and Provisioning (on some models, Maintenance → Advanced Settings).
  3. Choose Factory Reset and confirm.
  4. Wait for the phone to restart, then log in with the default password.
