Update Grandstream firmware

Install newer firmware from the web page.

Download firmware for your exact model from Grandstream's support site.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page.
  2. Go to Maintenance → Upgrade and Provisioning.
  3. Choose to upload the firmware file, or enter Grandstream's firmware server.
  4. Start the upgrade.Don't unplug the phone until it restarts.
