Pair a Bluetooth headset with a Grandstream phone

Go wireless on models with built-in Bluetooth.

Put the headset in pairing mode first.

Steps

  1. Put your headset into pairing mode (see its instructions).
  2. On the phone, press Menu and open Bluetooth (under settings on some models).
  3. Turn Bluetooth on and start a scan.
  4. Select your headset to pair and connect it.
  5. Make a test call and use the Headset key to switch to it.
