Set up a BLF key

Show whether a colleague is busy.

BLF keys light up when the monitored extension is in use.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page.
  2. Go to Settings → Programmable Keys.
  3. Choose a key and set its mode to Busy Lamp Field (BLF).
  4. Select the account, then enter a name and the colleague's extension.
  5. Click Save and Apply.
