Send voicemail to email in FreePBX
Email users a copy of every new voicemail.

1. Make sure email works
Check the server can send email, under System Admin → Email Setup if you have it, or set up a mail relay.
2. Turn it on
- Edit the extensionGo to Applications → Extensions and edit the extension.
- Voicemail tabEnter the email address and set Email Attachment to Yes.
- Delete after emailChoose whether to delete the message after emailing it.
- SaveClick Submit, then the red Apply Config button.
3. Test it
Leave a test message and check it arrives.
