| NXXNXXXXXX | 10-digit numbers in the US and Canada |
| 0XXXXXXXXX | 10-digit national numbers that start with 0 |
| Your emergency number | Emergency calls, such as 911, 112, 999 or 000 (put this route first) |
2. Test it

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Calls get "all circuits busy" | No pattern matches, or the trunk rejected it. Check the Asterisk log. |
Make sure emergency calls always work. Test with your provider's test number, never the real emergency number.
