Set up after-hours routing
Send calls somewhere different when you're closed.

1. Set your hours
- Add a time groupGo to Applications → Time Groups and add your opening hours, for example Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00.
2. Create the time condition
- Add a time conditionGo to Applications → Time Conditions and click Add Time Condition.
- Choose the time groupSelect your time group.
- Open and closedSet the destination when the time matches (open) and when it doesn't (closed).
- SaveClick Submit, then the red Apply Config button.
3. Use it
Point your inbound route at the time condition. Test during and outside hours.
Troubleshooting
