Block a caller in FreePBX
Stop a nuisance number from ringing your phones.

1. Block it
- Open BlacklistGo to Admin → Blacklist.
- Add the numberClick Blacklist Number and enter the number exactly as it arrives.
- SaveAdd a description and save, then click Apply Config.
2. Withheld numbers
You can also block callers with no caller ID using the blocked/unknown option.
Troubleshooting
