Get your voicemail by email in 3CX

Have new voicemails sent to your inbox as audio files.

3CX device

Handy if you are away from your desk a lot.

Steps

  1. Open the 3CX web client and click your name or avatar, then Settings.
  2. Open Voicemail.
  3. Choose to email new voicemails, and tick the option to attach the recording.
  4. Save, then leave yourself a test voicemail to check it arrives.
Tip: If this option is locked, ask your 3CX administrator to turn it on for your account.
