Set up hot desking in 3CX
Let people log in to a shared desk phone with their own extension.

1. Set up the phone
- Add it as a hot desking phoneAdd the phone by MAC address and choose hot desking instead of assigning it to a user.
- Provision itPlug the phone in and let it set itself up.
2. Log in and out
- Log inA user dials the hot desking login code shown on the phone and enters their extension and PIN.
- Use itThe phone now rings for that user and shows their keys.
- Log outThey dial the logout code, or the phone logs them out at the time you set.
Troubleshooting
