Make a conference call in 3CX

Bring a third person into a call from the app or web client.

3CX device

You can add people to a call you are already on.

Steps

  1. During a call, tap or click Conference (it may be under More).
  2. Dial the next person's extension or number.
  3. When they answer, tap Join or Merge to bring everyone together.
  4. Repeat to add more people.Hang up to leave the conference.
Tip: If you only see Add call, use that, then merge the calls.
