Add BLF keys to desk phones in 3CX
Show colleagues' status on a provisioned desk phone.

1. Add the keys
- Open the userIn the Admin Console, open Users and edit the user.
- Open BLFOpen the BLF tab.
- Set a keyPick a key, set the type to BLF and choose the extension to watch.
- Add othersAdd speed dials or park keys the same way.
- SaveClick Save.
2. Send it to the phone
The phone picks up the change on its next provisioning check. To apply it now, reprovision the phone from the Phones page.
Troubleshooting

| Keys don't appear | The phone isn't provisioned by 3CX, or hasn't checked in yet. Reprovision it. |
