Change the volume on a Yealink phone

Make the caller or the ringer louder or quieter.

One key controls both, depending on when you press it.

Steps

  1. During a call, press the Volume key (− or +) to change how loud the caller is.
  2. With the phone idle, press the Volume key to change the ringer volume.
Tip: The call volume you set stays for the handset, headset or speaker you were using.
