Register a handset to a Yealink DECT base

Pair a new or reset handset with the W70B.

Each handset must be registered to the base before it can make calls.

Steps

  1. On the base, press and hold the button on the front for about 2 seconds, until the registration light flashes.
  2. On the handset, go to Menu → Settings → Registration → Register Handset.
  3. Select the base and enter the base PIN (default 0000).
  4. Wait for the handset to confirm it's registered.
  5. Assign the handset an account (see “Assign lines to Yealink DECT handsets”).
