Set up a Yealink W70B DECT base

Connect the base and register it to your phone system.

The W70B base connects to your network; handsets connect to the base by radio.

Steps

  1. Plug the W70B into your network (and power, if your switch doesn't supply PoE).
  2. On a registered handset, go to Menu → Status to find the base's IP address, or check your router's device list.
  3. Open the IP in a browser and log in (default admin / admin).
  4. Open the account settings, enable an account and enter your SIP username, password and server.
  5. Save, then check the account shows as registered.
  6. Change the admin password.
