Steps
- Use long, random passwords for every extension and the admin login.
- Don't expose the admin page to the internet.
- Allow SIP only from your provider's IP addresses where possible, or block countries you don't deal with.
- Block international calling unless people need it, and set spending limits with your provider.
- Keep your phone system and phones updated.
