Put a Poly phone on a voice VLAN

Separate phone traffic from computer traffic.

Poly device

Many networks assign the VLAN automatically using LLDP or CDP.

Steps

  1. Log in to the phone's web page as Admin.
  2. Go to Settings → Network → Ethernet.
  3. Under VLAN, enter the VLAN ID.
  4. Save.The phone restarts on the new VLAN.
